Information you provide

When you submit the contact form on our site, we collect: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, the type of service you are interested in, and a description of your project.

Information collected automatically

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects aggregated, privacy-preserving data such as page views and general traffic patterns. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites.

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form to prevent spam. Turnstile analyzes browser signals to verify that form submissions are from real users. No personal data from Turnstile is stored by us.

How we use your information

We use the information from the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we can help with your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our legal basis for processing contact form submissions is legitimate interest - specifically, responding to business inquiries directed to us.

Data security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Salesforce, an enterprise-grade CRM platform. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Third-party services

Cloudflare - Our site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes traffic on our behalf and has its own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Salesforce - Contact form submissions are stored in Salesforce, which we use as our CRM. Salesforce's privacy policy is available at salesforce.com/company/privacy.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as there is a legitimate business reason - typically the duration of any engagement or inquiry, plus a reasonable period afterward. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@cirrovyn.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at info@cirrovyn.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business use only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at info@cirrovyn.com and we will delete it promptly.
